“I was born to do this work.”

My practice is focused on helping my clients find joy through reconnecting with their authentic self. They come from all cultures and backgrounds. I have over 15 years of experience in trauma and addiction healing, helping my clients understand and transcend challenges connected to their multicultural heritage, sexual identity, & relationships. While my work is universal and extends beyond labels & cultural differences, I offer special support to those who identify as war refugees, LGBTQ+, Middle-Eastern, Arab, and Muslim. I offer my services in English, Arabic, and French.

What is your inner oasis?

An oasis is a small, fertile, green area with water, plants, and fruitful trees in the midst of a dry, barren landscape such as a desert.

Your inner oasis is a place of safety and sanctuary within yourself. It is a place inside that refreshes both physically and spiritually. It provides privacy and protection.

“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it, and embrace them. ”

— Rumi

How I can help you

I offer virtual and in person sessions that help you develop the following:

Joy in your relationships

I help my clients understand their attachment style, how it was forged, and how it may still be influencing their lives. They gain understanding, clarity, and feel empowered to transform the relationships in your life.

Peace in your body

Many of our mental health conditions stem from traumatic events in our past that can get trapped in the physical body. I teach my clients how to safely process and release these memories to regain peace and freedom.

Harmony in your being

At the core of our being, the root cause of all discord is our wounded inner child. As we hold and heal them, we restore balance and harmony within the self

“What you seek is seeking you.”
